There are a lot of amazing Greek names. Sadly, I don't think Paraskevi is one of them. Reminds me of "skeevy" at the end (and Paraskeva isn't a huge improvement). I'd say the only real advantage to the name is the nickname Voula, which reminds me of Aunt Voula from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding."
