My first thought was that these names have a similar sound to Piroska, a Hungarian name that means 'red' and is a variant of Prisca.
I prefer Paraskevi too!
The form with 'e' is too strange and archaic.
I dislike the form with 'a' because too similar to Piroska.
So I pick the Modern Greek Paraskevi!
Enough close to the original language but not too much.
But I would not use It in real Life...I have no ties with it.
I love many Ancient Greek names. One of the Modern Greek that I love is Chrysanthi.
