I just came across this name in the Reddit thread listed below and it immediately struck me as intriguing. I'm surprised that it seems to be extremely uncommon in the Western world, when its English equivalent
Ivory has been an established name since at least the 1880s. You'd think that it would regularly have inspired some parents to opt for Ivoire instead of
Ivory, but apparently not!

You can also find her obituary if you google "Ivoire" combined with "obituary", which reveals her two middle names, both of which are also French.
