Can't say I like any of them. Tempest ends with "pest", Storm makes me think of Operation Desert Storm and both names makes me think of someone who is angry all the time.
I would rather use a name from The Tempest, like Prospero or Miranda.
I used to like Temperance, but all of a sudden I started to think that it sounded way too...I don't know, chaste?
