It's a fairly nice name: pretty, unusual, vintage, maybe a little arty because of Lucienne Day.
As a sister to Theodora it's fine. Yup they're quite different, but not in a bad way. I don't think it goes very well with Winifred and Rowena, though; too French. Lucy would fit much better.
