Kailash Amar and Kiran Ankur, 3, are two twin boys from India. They have been abandoned by their older parents as they are a handful. The boys are very active and seems to just run around and shout all day. They only talk to each other at the minute and rarely say a word to anyone else, they just need a boost to help them open up. A parrot would be good as they would probably teach it to speak and then talk to other people as well. Kailash had webbed hands and feet but they have been operated on and are now nearly back to normal. A couple more trips to the hospital may be needed.**miss_smiley**
