I don't care for it. What's really odd is, I was just looking at the same idea last night. Creepy.

It sounds slick and sly to me .. maybe because of the similarity of sound to "wisely" and my extension of that to "weaselly"? Or, the word "eyes" in it followed by -ley seems .. leering? I'm not sure. Anyway, it strikes me as unappealing, or negative somehow, if it were a girl's or woman's name.
