Well, if your partner is Jewish and you've talked about having kids, I can see how considering their background when it comes to names is a natural thing. I don't think conversion is needed.

I have considered it but decided not to. My partner is a Jew but an atheist. We live in a very Jewish area. Being a Jew would make our children Jewish so those were my reasons.
I mean they are Hebrew, but they are not necessarily religious Hebrew names.

I don’t know where you’re from, but to me, I hear and see tumor. Not so great for me.
