I guess Damian. It's not a bad name. Dallas is just okay but a bit too phony cowboy. Darwin just sounds like a chump.

I really like Dallas. It was a originally a surname, but it has been in regular use as a first name since the 1800s. The meaning "meadow dwelling" is soothing. It makes me picture a little cottage nestled among the rolling hills with smoke coming out of the chimney, a dog on the porch, and deer grazing in the glen. I'm ambivalent toward the Texas association.
Damian - I love the sound and meaning "tamer or soother." Damian is one of the patron saints of physicians, which lends the name a healing quality. Despite its taming and healing associations, there is something a little spicier and edgier about Damian, which adds interest.
Darwin - I love the meaning of Darwin, but the name is too associated with Charles Darwin. The use of Social Darwinism to justify the Nazi regime gives it a negative connotation, and some of Darwin's views were definitely racist. If there was another Darwin famous enough to give the name another prominent association other than Charles Darwin, then I would feel more comfortable using it. It would be fun to name a chimp Darwin.

Not Dallas: too geographical, and not a town I'd ever expect to want to visit. And not Darwin either, though a friend of mine did give it to one of her sons as his third mn because of her admiration for Charles Darwin!

I like the association with medicine, though just as an anecdote, not because I'm even remotely religious and it's highly likely that Damian and Cosmo didn't exist in the first place. But it looks and sounds distinguished, and the two Damian people I know - give or take a French spelling - are excellent men, which helps, though the name doesn't need help. I've never watched "The Omen" movies with the villain named Damian, but it does seem to have traumatized a few members of the audience. Thankfully there are plenty of more enduring positive associations to counteract it.

Easy - Darwin's been at the top of my list for over a year now. I love the sound, the cute vintagey vibe, and the meaning "dear friend". The only thing that makes me hesitate is that it's very associated with Charles Darwin, but that's not a deal breaker.
I like Damian too but it has this pretentious feel that I can't shake. Dallas is unattractive, reminds me of lettuce and the Texas city, and is a quintessential troublemaker name.

I like the name Dallas, but hate the city. Damian has an evil vibe to me. I'd go with Darwin. It sounds kind of nerdy, but on the other hand, it could be a way of announcing to the world my rejection of creationism. I'd feel more comfortable doing that than using the name of a city that I hate, no matter how I like the sound. Darwin it is.

Damian - it's a nice, solid name.
Dallas is too much of a place name, especially for someone with no connections to the city.
