Hello Felie,

Elisabetta is nice! I also like Marie but not as a middle name, it is so boring in the middle. I like Amedeo. Is it really Paola? Or Paolo? I have heard of boys receiving Maria as a middle name but never heard of any other feminine name given traditionally to boys. Marie is related to Maria so it seems more usual to me but Paola seems unique.

Anna Astrid is very boring but it is okay. Maximilian is also bland.

Yes, I'm sure it is Paola. But it is a middle name plus we are talking about a Royal family so they could have weird naming tradictions.
