Both fem, I take it, and both nns - or do you mean, nns used as full names?
I knew a Josephine at school who went by Jodie; she was rather unmemorable. And my first daughter was Caroline, which never shortened to Carrie or anything else, but I can't think of Carrie being short for anything else.
