Currently, the best method is to submit a comment for the name, selecting "pronunciation" as the comment type.

There was formerly a dedicated method for submitting pronunciations for a name. I never figured out a good way of displaying that user-submitted information on the name's page. Thus, for the time being at least, that function has been hidden away until I have a chance to revisit it.
