What would you think if someone named their son Conroy?

I wouldn't like it because the sound is too similar to convoy.

Though I do like Roy by itself, and Con as a nn for Constantine. But together I don't think they work.

That they couldn't decide between Leroy and Connor.

It reminds me of convoy, which with the influence of 'con'...or maybe Rob Roy, makes me think of pirates.

Oh wow, I didn't think there would be a name that I liked less than Conrad… that is to say, I don't like it. But I suppose there are worse names.
