Catherine’s the name of a close friend (practically family now) that I admire a lot, so I wouldn’t mind using such a plain middle, especially with a slightly different fn like Nadine.
I don’t like the clash of the d’s in Nadine and Cordelia, and the double t in Bettina almost gives off the same sound. Nadine Evangelina is too much of a mouthful for me, and I think Phyllis is ugly. Nadine Bianca flows the best and is the nicest.
