I like Caius William and Caius Jonathan, possibly Caius Jordan as well.

I would avoid names starting with S, as they run in to each other. Maybe Caius Maxwell, Caius Everett or Caius Leo?
Or Duncan Caius, Samuel Caius or Emerson Caius?

At first, I thought it said Calus, and I was going to ask if his siblings were Fret, Pick, and Capo. lol oh, well...

Anyway, Caius Nathaniel is my favorite, although I don't really care for Caius - a little too out there for my style.
