[Opinions] Saw a BA, the other day...

I love Calix for a boy. I don't get girl vibes from it at all, but I'm still happy to see it used. Jaxon looks lackluster beside it. I do like how they themed the names without making them cutesy or cringey.
No.... just no. I do not like naming twins as a duo in general. But I especially don't like trendy, modern names like Jaxon (just spell it like Jackson, already!). Then... there is the whole "blue" and "violet" thing.
I didn't notice the "blue" and "violet" thing. That just makes me like the twin set more, so there. LOL, I really did want to say that and it's true, but I know that there's no way to make it not sound immature and obnoxious.
Even though I don't like the the names especially (I like Violet and Asher but the others are a little modern for my taste), I appreciate the twin naming. They go really well together, tied together by the X and five letters, and it's clear which one is the boy and girl without being over the top masculine/feminine .
I'm not a fan of those names.
Calix! I love it.
Me, too!
Jaxon is so much worse than Jackson, it never ceases to amaze me. Blue for a boy, I imagine? Why not? Asher had sound biblical origins for people who value them, and he seems to have been, or to have been billed as, a nice guy. But his name looks and sounds like a product of combustion and reminds me of the smell of well-used ashtrays.
Calix is fashionably unisex, fashionably contains an x (how touching - a link between the twins!) and is fashionably floral if you overlook the fashionable spelling error. Violet isn't a favourite of mine, but it works as a kind of fulcrum: Calix + Violet is really flowery, and on the other side, Violet Rae could have been refracted through a prism by Isaac Newton.
Let's play: keeping the initials (one must keep something), I'd have gone for Joel Brian Alastair and Clara Vivien Ruth.

I like it actually. The two Xs make the names complementary without being overly matchy. I think Jackson is okay and I'm not one that flips about the Jaxon spelling. I've never thought about Calix before but I like it for a girl. I love Blue as a middle name. Don't like Violet or Rae separately all that much but all of a sudden I'm liking them together. The only part of this twin set that's leaving me cold is Asher.
I approve!

Calix doesn't look like a name to me. I know a calyx is part of a flower but it sounds medical, and spelling it Calix makes it even less of a name.
Jaxson Blueis so vapid and Hollywoodish; Asher feels like an afterthought. Also, Asher sounds like a sneze.

Meh. I love Jackson and don’t like the spelling of Jaxon, but it could be worse. I’d rather see Calista than Calix.
The middles are fine, the color ones kind of comical, but middle names are really only important and seen by parents most time, so, oh well. They’re definitely trendy twins, but kinda cute.
I do like Rae for a middle and also Asher.
