I think it has a cutesy exotic or old-fashioned vibe similar to how Sukie does.
Unlike Sukie, I feel like I have to use a sing-song tone just to pronounce Suri, which is irritating.
If I knew a nonfamous person named Suri, I'm sure I'd forget about Suri Cruise, but I don't.
