Tessa works very well on its own, particularly with Lilah. Names that could be "full" names for Tessa, if necessary:

Tertia
Contessa (I advise against it)
Constancia
Maritess (the name of a magician I saw on TV once--she was a cute little thing)
Tesla
Tessifer (which has been brought up on this board before, but it's another I'd advise against, myself)
Tessica
Theresia (since "from Theresia" is what's often given as Teresa's meaning; being anti-H, I'd prefer Teresia)
Teratia (ter-AY-sha)
Tesia (TEH-sha)
I'm not sure exactly how viable they'd be, but that's a decent list of ideas for you to chew on. :)

Do you think that Tessa would age well, on its own? This is why I was thinking it might need a "full" name. Thanks for your list!
I think it would age quite well. It has historical precedent, and it's quite pretty.
