I have heard of Aslan before. A man called Aslan King went missing last year with a sad end.
I’ve never met a man called Hyacinthe and the only Hyacinth I can think of is a tv character Hyacinth Bucket. Hyacinth spent a lot of time telling people the surname was pronounced Bouquet.
I think of Hyacinth as an old lady name but equally wouldn’t be surprised to hear it on a girl as older names are making a come back. I would be surprised to hear it on a boy though.
