I've just been reading up on the mythology of Hyacinthe - I am not very au fait with mythology - I actually really like it as a male name. I just have seen it used on older women.

There used to be a religious talk show on local radio, and one of the regular panellists was a Catholic priest called Father Hyacinth Someone! Not sure if he did or didn't have an e on the end, but he gave the programme an exotic air.
