I think Marcia is definatly better......i don't think that there is any other way to pronouce it other than "Mar-ce-ah" and "Mar-sha". I don't really like either of these name or how they are pronouced...but Marica and "Mar-ce-ah" are definatly better...

I realize Marica is a mistyping of Marcia, but I really like Marica (or Marika).
