Oof, I don't like it. In general I don't like Ad-names or Addle-names, or surnamey names, or the ending -erly. So I really couldn't have liked it.
It gives me a feeling akin to the words toddle and blather and stutter, and it sounds like ladder in pig Latin, and it's stiff and awkward and just about to topple over, and then there's the snake and now it's positively hilarious and I'd feel sad for a girl named Adderley. Not really - in real life I wouldn't bat an eye, just another surnamey fashionable-sounding name, that could even seem spiffy if she's accomplished. But I do not like it.
