[Opinions] Maximilian
What color is Maximilian? What does it remind you of? What do you think of the name, overall?
**Starfish and coffee, maple syrup and jam/Butterscotch clouds, a tangerine, and a side order of ham**

It's one of my top contenders if this baby is a boy. I had planned on naming H this, but obviously I didn't.
I like it's history, and how strong and masculine it feels. I also like that it has multiple nicknames options.

I’m not sure why everyone here is drawn to Maximilian. It’s long and stiff and pretentious - and just overall ridiculously overrated.
Maxwell is leagues better.
I’ve always imagined both Maxwell and Maximilian as a dark, royal blue. Maximilian reminds me of a stuck-up British kid whose parents made him go to a prestigious school just because it’s prestigious.

I see a dark red/burgundy color. I think of it as the name of a wealthy buinessman who works long hours in his office and then comes home to relax in his library with brandy and a cigar.
I’m not a fan of the name. It’s not that I hate it but it’s not for me. I do like the nickname Max and the Russian name Maxim.

To me it's light blue and I picture an outdoorsy, soft-spoken man.
To my own surprise I came to like this name. It's reasonably popular here for people slightly younger than me and it turns out to be shockingly wearable. I also find I actually like the nn Max on a real person, even though I used to think it was silly and a "dog name".

I do like Maximilian best of the "Max" names, along with Maxim. But I'm not the biggest fan in the world of these names. I think Max got a little too popular for a while and put me off. Anyway, I see a deep burgundy color. He would be someone surrounded by books and fine furnishings.
I think it's ok, colour grey/brown
