These are my associations:
1 Walker Texas Ranger (I used to see it when I was a child) quite good vibe.
2 cordero that means "lamb" in Spanish.
3 corda in Italian that means "rope, string, cord"
4 Cordelia not related but similar sound. I love that name.
If I think of all these links so Cordell has a positive vibe in my mind. I would not use it in real life but surely for a character. I rate it 7/10.
