In English, it sounds like a baby gurgling. Maybe someone who is more familiar with the language and is familiar with its usage would see the beauty in it. The meaning is sweet.

Nice meaning but isn’t particularly good sounding in English.

If I hadn't clicked on it and saw what it meant, I would have guessed Bibigul was some poor person's misguided attempt to render Baby Girl into something that sounded a bit more like an actual name.
