Personally, I'd go with either Louie or Lewis depending on the way you want Louis to be pronounced, and I'm unsure which one you prefer for Louis.
I'm assuming Lewis because of Louisiana, but since you are considering Loïc (law-eek), I'm back to unsure.
Either way, I'm not keen on Loïc, either its pronunciation or visually.
