Ned is what I prefer too, but you'd for sure need to prepare yourself to deal with
Eddie.
Teddy as a baby name words for me; I could easily see myself calling an
Edward "Tedward".
Of your list there, the one I'd pick is
Otto. I love
Otto. It's regal/pompous/serious to the point of near silliness at the same time, and that's a quality I love.
Least favourite is
Finn.

Finn is a different story. But just
