I love Isotta. Philyra looks and sounds a bit awkward to me, however.

I actually replaced the d in Phyllida with an r a while back to make Phyllira and thought I created a name. Cool to see that it’s already in existence. I do find it pretty, much prettier than Phylis and Phyllida but the Ph- beginning just really puts me off for some reason. It just looks ugly, you know?
Isotta is nms at all. It’s harsh and makes me think of cheese for whatever reason.
