What do you think of this name? Its Ancient Roman.
Apparently it is pronounced aqua-lee-nah; the Latinized pronunciation is ah-kwee-lee-nah.
I love the "aqua" part. Makes it sound so mermaid-y.

I have a very strong association with it as it is someone I know’s surname. I’ve always envied her surname because mine is really ugly and Aquilina is really nice.

It’s definitely unique! I think it’s the name of a comic book store in my hometown. Maybe look up any comic association it has? Also Aquafina is very close. Don’t think I’d use it for a child, sorry!
