I was thinking about the names Olivia and Liviana today, the came up with Oliviana - which I really like. Turns out it’s already been submitted here. I love the nickname options: Ollie, Liv, Livy, Livia, Annie, Ana, Olive, Ola etcWDYTO Oliviana?Some combos:

It's nice, very fancy and dramatic. I like Oliviana Skye most.

It's definitely up my alley in terms of fanciful. Plus as you say NNs galore to choose from. I think Oliviana Faith and Mabel Oliviana flow best though Primrose Oliviana is beautiful even if it doesn't quit come out as smoothly.

I used to love names with -ana element: Lilliana, Emiliana, Aliana. But today for some reason they seem less appealing and may be a bit annoying and pretentious. The same with Oliviana, Liviana, Lavinia.
