This name is so silly, I love it. It definitely reads as a storybook otter character in a dress. The nickname "Otto" is neat too. It also has a great namesake in Lady Ottoline Morrell. A fantastic name.

I'd always assumed it rhymed with Josephine; turns out Ottoline Morell rhymed it with Caroline.

Either way, I wouldn't consider it, but then, I wouldn't consider Otto either. Except on an Old English sheepdog or some similar pooch that you can't tell the head end from the tail end of.

I like it! Not a fan of Otto, though.

Forced and unnatural. I prefer Otto.

Kinda overdone and ugly.
