I like it if it's pronounced like the Spanish city - like "Valenthea" or even "Balenthea". That's really pretty. Valen as a nickname would be kind of chic, but Val is the most obvious. Valencia Elena is quite lovely.

All I can think of is making marmalade, which I don't enjoy. Though Rosabel could sell me on just about anything!
