It is kind of charming. I pronounce Cara the more American way: Care-uh. So Care-uh-mee-uh.

It reminds me of Gomez Addams. Isn't this something he called Morticia all the time? I feel it's like naming someone "Darling" (which is honestly a GP of mine as a middle name) or "Beloved" or something. It sounds like the name of a Bond Girl, very OTT. I'd say it....just like Gomez did, with a bit of a rolled R so it sounds closer to "Cada-mee-ah" than "Carr-ah-mee-ah".
