I think it's an interesting nn for Elizabeth. The pronunciation is a little tricky, otherwise nice.

I don't mind it particularly, but just about every other form of Elizabeth pleases me more. I've met a lot of Ilze and Ilse people, all pretty much like their name: perfectly pleasant but unmemorable.

Too complicated IMO.
