In the UK Owen and Rhiannon are common names and I had met siblings who are Owen and Rhiannon. They work together fine.

Owen, Rhiannon and Rebecca are one set.

Rhainnon, Owen, Arthur and Carys are another set I know.

Arthur and Carys make sense.
