I said "ridiculous" because none of them but
Perla and
Lino is actually a given name. I guess that the site checked strange Italian words matching them to well-known nicknames.
Anyway this is the list. Let me know if any of them makes sense or has a good meaning in your opinion. Maybe somebody can be virtually used.
*I don't know how they decided the genders and the many of them have not one.
