I fell in love with this name thanks to alt-country singer Orville Peck (highly recommend him!) I also really like Orville for a girl, reminds me a little of Orla. I think it would help remove some of the stigma.
Nicknames could be Orvi, Orlie, maybe Lillie for a girl?
Orville Henri is cute! Orville Jay is cute too! I like the "ah" sound after Orville, something like Orville Emrich maybe?
