[Opinions] Orrtam
I remembered a facebook post where someone said that they named their daughter Autumn, but decided to spell it as Orrtam to make it "easier". WDYT?

I thought 'ooh, neat new name' until I saw it was meant to be Autumn. Respelling word names is very odd to me.

Terrible
That's just...awful. And not easier. Two thumbs down.
Lmao, I remember that! It was HILARIOUS.
For real, just Autumn. Orrtam is so bad that it isn't even a joke, lmao.

In what way is this easier?
Anyway, alternate spellings of word names are always the worst. A lot of alternate name spellings are just going to make things more difficult or are a futile attempt to make the name more "unique." But with words it really just makes it look like you're dumb and can't spell. This one hits all the buttons, though - makes the name harder to spell, harder to pronounce, looks worse, looks dumb, is pointless.

That.....would not make it easier for me. Are they Australian or something?
I'm trying to think of a more straightforward spelling for Autumn.....Awtum? Oddham? Haha.
