The Canadian popularity lists now include data from both Ontario and BC. Formerly only BC was used. Ontario, the most populous province in Canada, makes the lists much more reflective of the whole country. Unfortunately the Canadian provinces all report data separately, in different formats. If I can find more provincial lists that a) stretch back to the same early date, and b) include the raw numbers and yearly depth that make the combination possible, I will add them too.

The data for Quebec (the 2nd most populous province) doesn't stretch back to 1920 like the other two lists, so I've oped not to include it in the combined data. However, I have created a separate series for it.
