I would assume it would be said VERY similar to the name, "Adaiah" (uh-DAY-uh) but an "O" sound at the beginning. I find it pleasant. It's unique (or possibly rare) without being TOO out there and has a lovely sound to it. I'd spell it as Odeya. I find 'h' unnecessary.
