I like it. It's a wispy purple name to me, like sky at dusk or wisteria (other names I'd put in this group are
Lilac,
Merope,
Ursula,
Lavinia). Also, it's kind of like
Vera but more elaborate or whimsical, with a vibe similar to
Verona though vaguely religious seeming rather than geographical like that.
...and I think of it as basically the feminine version of
Vespasian, which would be one of my favorite names if not for the urinal connection (which is not an issue with
Vespera)...

I think it could go with lots of names, those are just some I've been thinking of recently. I wouldn't pair it with a R name or a V name and probably not a F, S, W name either.
