I double-checked to confirm that this name meant "orange blossom," because I have seen azahar come up in write-ups of perfumes that use orange blossom. The sound is similar to the more familiar Zahara, but I like the switch of the A at the beginning instead of the end.Azahar sounds prettier in Castilian Spanish than Latin American Spanish, with the lisped Z; but I still like it with the Latin American pronunciation.

Really beautiful! I would love to hear it pronounced in the European Spanish way - it's so soft, which is rare for a name with a Z in it.

I love Azahar, it's a very unique and mysterious nature name. I love the citrus connection too. Also it's the name of one of my favorite teas (siete azahares)!
