[Opinions] Re: Evening
in reply to a message by Array
I think Evening makes a very, very pretty name, and I'm always liked the idea of common nicknames for unusual proper names. I especially like Evening Rebecca and Evening Clarisse (though I prefer Clarice).Morning makes me think first of greif, then of the beginning of the day... Evening and Dawn? :) -- Sarah

But Evening and Dawn aren't nearly so twinny as Evening and Morning, which takes some of the fun out of it. ;) And then I couldn't call them Evey and Morna, le sigh.Twins don't run in my family anyway, so y'all don't need to worry about me unleashing that horror on the world. (We won't even go into the pact my sister and I made, promising that if either of us ever had b/g twins, they'd be Luke and Leia.)Array

She had fallen against the windows, which were pressed against the windows, which were pressed against the old oak near across the age of the old Aunt Sophronia--was almost dreadful enough to walk on. A revolution without dancing is a revolution not worth having.

I LOVE the name MorningNoah, 4 - "Dad, I love a fun guy!"
Dan - "Oh really? Pumpkin, I'm so glad you think i'm a fun guy!"
Noah, 4 - "No! Dad! I like fungi! you know mushrooms!".

"Luke and Leia" is really awful, ha ha...Twins don't run in my family, either, but I, too, have fun thinking up corny pairs. If I ever had boy/girl twins, they'd be August and May. Girl/girl, May and April. Hee hee hee-- Sarah
