I know a little girl named Emersyn and she goes by Emmy, I love that name as a nickname, not as a full name. I like Emmy and Emmie the most but they are all pretty. Elly and Emmy could be cousins if the cousin's name was like Ellen, Ella, or any other name that has that nickname

I prefer Emmy as a nickname for Emma or Emily. Some other Em names you might like are Emmeline and Emmalynn.

I think it’s a lovely name, one that I like a lot actually and would consider using myself. I like all the spelling variations, none are awful imo and the name is absolutely usable as a full name. I can see it on a baby, all the way through to an elderly lady. I used to like Emmy the best, but then I shifted to Emmie, to get away from the awards thing associated with Emmy. That said, I still find Emmy lovely and wouldn’t let the awards put me off if that spelling worked better in a combo. Emi is also lovely and the meaning is quite sweet. Emme is good too, but I think this version might lead to mispronunciation issues. Elly and Emmy for cousins is fine, no big deal at all. If I had to use a full name, then maybe Emmeline would be my choice.

I really like Emmy as a nickname and a nn. I dont like the other spellings, maybe except Emme and Emmie. Elly and Emmy aren't close to each other you're fine. I like Emmy short for Emmeline or Emmanuelle.

I like the spelling Emmy the best, and if I had to pick a name for it to be a nn for, I'd pick Emmeline. I don't like Emmy as a full name itself, and I think Emmy and Elly are fine as cousins.

I like Emi best, I think it works better than Emmy or Emmie as a full name.

I like Emmy, and this is my favorite spelling. Emmie is also alright but maybe a little too sweet for me. I pronounced Emme differently.
Emmy can absolutely be a full name, as well as a nickname. My favorites are probably Emilia and Emmeline, with Emmy as a nickname.
