It's a little bit cutesy imo but not in the unusable kind of way. I can still imagine a doctor or a lawyer named Maisie, like a feisty kind of gal that strives to work in the trenches and serve her local community. Cutesy names seem to just be in at the moment. I prefer Mae myself of those 3, but I tend to like all of them as NNs for Margaret's, Margarettas etc. But they all have the legs to be stand alone names as well.
