I don't really know much about which names are already taken or not.
But Alice would make a lot of sense if it is a family name for them as it is also a popular name in Italy and goes with the surname.
I despise Alexandra, but Alessandra would be fine.
Maybe: Francesca, Eleonora, Ginevra, Alice, Alessandra, Giuliana, Carlotta.
Or maybe they will choose an English classic: Alice, Lillian, Victoria, Isabelle.
No idea. I just think that Alice is likely and they will probably also use Elizabeth as a middle name and maybe Sarah? Alice Sarah Elizabeth? Alice Elizabeth Sarah?
In any case, I think they don't have any restrictions, so it might be Alice but it might also be something like Betty-Sue, Shelby or Juniper.
