Sunrise “Sunny” definitely, even though I wouldn’t use either. Brother can be Sequoia and sister can be Rainbow “Rain”.

Admittedly, I don’t like either, to be honest with you. I not sure WHAT I would the brother and sister. Maybe something weirdly michy-matchy like Lilith Nyx.

Whilst I do like Moon related names more, in this case I think Sunrise is more pleasant and usable. I'd name siblings Indigo (I prefer boy, but either works) and Rainbow. Or Eurydice and Astrophel for less wordy ones.
