Oh and maybe it's pronounced Yudi or something. That would make more sense than literally two Judys.

One being a Y sound *would* seem more reasonable, but the mountain is also written as Cudi (Turkish Cs sound like English Js), so...idk, the source was written for English speakers, but neither of the parents' first languages are English, and I don't even know how the names would be written/perceived in Georgia. I'd guess they're both J sounds, despite how weird that is, because that'd make sense in Arabic/Turkish, plus there's a trendy American name like Harper in the mix, but maybe one is a Y from Russian influence (like Yudif)? It's hard to say.
