Ok, I accept your unconventional proposition.
I think in English it is only pronounced like Ah-lo. But I like the "eh" at the end no matter which syllable is emphasized.
Maybe as a middle name...

Not totally sold, but it could be a lot worse. I actually think Hannah Aloe is the most successful of those combos.
