Hi !!!
I love Fortuna.
It is a word name here in Italy.
I like its positive meaning.
It is so evocative and colouful.
It's beautiful and warm.
It's familiar but with an Ancient and divine vibe. A great name.

Here in Spain it's also a word name, and I also think it's cozy.
However, it's very archaic to be used. :/

I’m showing my classical music nerdiness, but I can’t see this and NOT have “o, fortuna” start running through my head.
...ok, now I love Fortuna.
I love this name!
I've been liking Fotoula lately, and I like Faustina sometimes; the sound of Fortuna doesn't seem wildly different from those, plus I've always liked Prosper.
Fortuna seems kind of golden and sturdy.
I think it's cool, but a little goofy, about like Plutarch or Jupiter might sound if those were used for a guy. I guess I also get a vibe similar to Golda - it seems mature, maybe old-fashioned, but in a nice way that's full of personality.
Eta: although also I think the *una or oon sound has been a little more popular lately: June, Juniper, Luna, Bruna, Una / Oona, Yuna / Yuuna, Muna, Runa, Bruno. And goddess names have too, so there's a chance it could get more popular in the near future.

Terrible
I like it... until I realize it's also "for tuna." :-(
That's why I ultimately favor Fortunata over it.
